Adorable historic cottage close to downtown and colleges

Adorable cottage completely updated in 2017 is conveniently located on a quiet street in the heart of the historic district and is within walking distance to Conway’s vibrant downtown with all its restaurants and shops. This cozy cottage is only 3 blocks from Central Baptist College, .5 miles from the University of Central Arkansas, and approximately 1 mile from Hendrix College. This home features a fully stocked kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless appliances. In addition, there are hardwood floors throughout the home, 2 flat screen TV’s, Hulu Live TV, WiFi Internet, and a laundry room. Our cottage is perfect for parent’s visiting their college student, alumnae attending school activities, girls’ weekends, a family checking out colleges, or business people seeking a more “home like” venue. The house was really clean, nice and cozy and was perfect for our stay in Conway. The hosts were really easy to communicate with and instructions for the house in general were very easy and clear. Went for a spring football game at UCA. The house location is perfect! The house was clean and stocked with all the things we needed. There was plenty of room for the college kids to come hang out for dinner and enjoy the evenings. We will be back!
