2nd floor w/ clear mountain view. Unit is on the 2nd floor of a 2 story 4plex. There's 1 flight of stairs it consists of 15 steps. Diverse / family friendly community. Bldg is centrally located & 5-7mins ride to J.B.E.R. & Anchorage, VA, etc. 10 mins ride to hospitals in the area (Providence, Alaska, Regional, Kris Kyle, ANMC & API.) Fred Meyers, Carrie, Costco, coffee shops & restaurants within mins ride away. Smoke free bldg. No pets allowed!

    Mr. Abed, was a very pleasant and such a welcoming host.
    We enjoyed our stay and the view of the mountains is so peaceful, as well as this is so close to stores and shopping. The extras in the kitchen were such a help and so appreciated.It is the little things that make the difference. I would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a peaceful, quiet stay.     Abed was a great host. The apartment has supplies for many things. I was really impressed. We had friends stay over for one night and it was no problem. The place was very clean and Abed was very attentive to our needs. I would recommend staying here. I know when we come back to Anchorage we are going to stay there again. Don and Maggie
