« We stayed at this condominium for 4 nights, we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are big, the kitchen has everything you need, the beach is at walking distance, the beds are comfortable, communication with the host was excellent, the area feels safe and you have shops and restaurants nearby, the pool was fun. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Sunny Isles. »

« The apartment was exactly as described. It worked perfectly for my family. Accommodations and the communication with the rental folks were great. I loved that they had a pool and I could do our laundry on-site. The complex does need to buy better tennis equipment though. Overall, a great experience. »

« The parking lot is under construction and I have never seen anything so disorganized in my life. I had to switch my parking spot 3 times, my car got towed for no reason, I had to pay $440 to get my car back. I talked to the front desk management and they told me to "stop whining" and when I escalated this issue I was told "I have more important things to do". The building management stalled me for a week, not making it possible for me to get at least a refund. The condition of the apartament...

« Die Lage ist Top. Jedoch ist die Ausstattung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Man zahlt hier wohl hauptsächlich die super Lage. Der Check in war eher problematisch. Es gibt keine Rezeption und alle Details werden am Tag nach und nach per Mail geschickt. Somit braucht man ständig Internet Zugang was als ausländischer Tourist eher schwierig ist. Uns hat es trotz alledem gut gefallen. »
