Yosemite Big Oak Flat Entrance Tours and Activities

Kinda old and funky, paint peeling, wood rotting, funky smells in the room.

This was such a great experience. The Delta King is a beautifuly restored River Boat. The Bar and Restaurant were gorgeous and the staircase is amazing. The staff were all very kind and hospitable. The reason for 4 stars…I had booked 2 riverview Queen staterooms. I paid for both rooms. When we arrived at 3:30(a little earlier than check in) our room was ready but our friends room wasn’t. That was no problem. All of us went to our room and waited for their room to be finished. We sat at the nice tables and looked at the river. About 5:00 our friend went down to see if their room was ready. They were unsure if the room was cleaned. Our friend asked for the key to check and it was indeed clean. They got to go to their room and it was all good. When we went to their room, we found it was twice as big as ours and had a desk and chair as well as a large bathroom. Our room was so small it was hard to walk between the bed and amouire. If two rooms are booked by the same person for the same night for the same room, they should be the same. I complained, but they didn’t have any of the larger rooms available. Our room #’s were 522 and 430. That being said, I loved the whole vibe and would stay there again!
