"In a wood, very quiet location. Very nice design and structure, especially the huge beautiful outdoor garden with glass roof. However, it is very badly maintained. The room is dirty, especially the bathroom is filthy. The air con doesn't work, even open the patio door at night, the cool air doesn't really cool down the room and the air is stuffy."

"Was given wrong type of room, twice before this was sorted. All three rooms were dusty, behind and on the television and other fittings as well as the carpet. Went for lunch on our first day in the lobby 'bar'. Ordered, waited 20 minutes and then was told later our order was out of stock. Same thing happened when we re-ordered, one burger was brought out and then we were told there were none left. Hot springs were dirty, KFC delivery left everywhere! Not very impressed"

"The listing on the website was erroneous. It said the Standard Room came with a jetted bathtub, so I booked it. When I checked in, there was no bathtub at all. Front desk said that only Deluxe rooms and up had bathtubs, but that there were no Deluxe rooms available. I was made to upgrade to the Executive Deluxe room at full price, and even the Executive Deluxe room's bathtub did not have jets.
