"For the price this space was a good option. The finishes are nice and the bed is firm, which my husband liked but it was a bit too firm for me. We enjoyed having breakfast across the street at a mom and pop cafe called La Guajira. They had fresh juice and generous portions. There are three off-street parking spaces for the condo complex but they weren't always available. You have to be sure to pay for street parking at the pay booths or they will put a boot on your car. "I love the place. The hotel is in the heart of 5th ave . Very convenient to walk, to the beach, ferry and shops. The staff was very helpful and communicative. "I gotta say this is the best little hotel in Playa Del Carmen. It's a sweet little secret of a spot! It's close to EVERYTHING, the main street (Quinta Avenida), the beach, the bus station, pick up spots for tours, convenience stores, and tons of tasty local food. "This is the 2nd time staying at Los Itzaes. Hotel is very well situated to food & shopping! It is noisier that we remembered from our previous stay. No hot water in shower, but there were a lot of footsteps we heard before trying it. Maybe others used up the hot water. No big deal. The staff has been terrific and friendly."

"This boutique hotel is half a block from the beach and half a block from Quinta Avenida which is a lively walkable street, full of shops and restaurants. The street is pedestrian only and it has a lot of action. In the hotel we received an excellent service from Nellye and Lizzy at the reception. They were very helpful to us. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"The room looks the same like on the picture, with very local vibe. The stuff was very friendly and welcome. There is restaurant downstairs with lot of options which is very convenient. Stuff is also very friendly. The view from balcony was nice as well. Btw, for Shabbat keeping people there is a key to the room. "

"Really nice place. Didn’t have some of the amenities we were counting on such as laundry and room service, but had laundry place and a few restaurants near by. Staff was super nice and helpful. I was in a gated area so felt really safe. The breakfast was great! Beach was a close walk and they had beach towels. "

"Staff was nice. Huge breakfast buffet. Place is clean. Nice area, quiet, very lush garden area. Only negative I had was they didn’t have the air conditioning on in the fitness room. Also the building itself could use some repairs. I’m a home remodeling contractor maybe I noticed things others wouldn’t."

"I loved the hotel in the day time but evening it’s too noisy because of a bar near by till 2 or 3 am . They also charge for an other person to stay in a a room made for two so it’s quiet strange to me as I never experience it before . "The property was beautiful! Beautiful walk ways through jungle setting. Lots of trees, plants, and vine, it really felt lush and tropical. This increased the amount of animals the kids were able to see during our stay which was a bonus! I like the size of the property, easy to get to the pool, beach, food and as a family you know you are always back and forth multiple times and it was very convenient! "

Hilton Playa del Carmen, an All-Inclusive Adult Only Resort

"The food was excellent. Our favorite was the Mexican restaurant. The resort was extremely clean. They were even painting one of the buildings as im sure they constantly have to do. Having the resort located just a block away from 5th Ave was wonderful and convenient for nightly walks. The entertainment was very provocative and would have preferred something a little bit more wholesome "

"Our month-long stay at Casa Miramar was nothing short of amazing! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The home is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and it had all the amenities needed for a truly comfortable stay.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals, making dining in just as enjoyable as exploring local restaurants. The villa’s private pool was a wonderful place to relax, and being just a few steps from a stunning beach made it even better.One of our favorite spots was the rooftop terrace—comfortable sofas, plenty of shade, and a breathtaking view of the Gulf. Whether sipping morning coffee or watching the sunset, it was the perfect place to unwind.Casa Miramar truly offers the ideal vacation experience. We can’t wait to return!"

"The property was simple, but you walkout directly onto the beach. Right off of 5th Av so you can access everything quickly. It’s relatively quiet, so you go to the party and also leave the party. Beach Staff are absolutely amazing."
