"First time staying at the Moxy Miami, a couple things: Pros: 1) Check in, Pool and bar staff were amazing 2) Food was tasty at serena 3) roof top had great views 4) great location Cons: 1) We stayed for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. 2) We had to request towels daily 3) housekeeping staff were visible but I honestly don’t know what they were doing. "This is a self service property which is fine as long as you are prepared for it (towels etc are in your room but if you would like restock or extras there is a station on the floor with supplies). Our toilet wasn’t working when we initially arrived but the hotel staff were very responsive and fixed the issue within minutes of us calling. The hotel was clean and located in a fun neighborhood with lots of amazing restaurants within walking distance. "
