"We had appointments at Mayo, so stayed here for a week. It is extremely clean, the kitchen is set up well. We literally drove straight down the street about a mile to the main Mayo clinics. It was very comfortable, and the owners communication was excellent.There are just a couple quirks. The highs were in the single digits and lows below zero the first few days there. "Property is just as stated and was n walking distance to Mayo and places to eat. The apartment had everything someone would need. Management sent good efficient communication regarding check in and out process."
