"This property is within walking distance to the beach. It is a nice walking beach when the tide is out. The property is well maintained and clean. The rooms are a little worn but that is nitpicking. All staff great you with a hello, making you truly feel welcomed. The morning breakfast is typical, but the staff are both courteous and contentious. I was about to take my dirty plate and a staff member came by and said, "I can do that for you", before i even got up from my seat. This is our second year coming here. It will continue to be a two day stop on our way from Ontario to Orlando/Tampa"
