Can’t speak to the other rooms, but our place was huge, and the hotel’s location in Volcano provides easy access to the park and nearby restaurants (there aren’t many). Would definitely stay there again. The virtual check-in worked fine."

"John, the owner was an awesome host. The property is just minutes away from Volcanos National Park which was very important for us. The area where this place is is very quiet and secluded, perfect for us. I highly recommend this place."

"Truly an amazing experience - beautiful remote property that’s walking distance to Black Sands Beach - plenty of sea turtles and just gorgeous views with next to no one around. Highly recommend grocery shopping before going and cooking most of your meals. However there are great food truck options nearby - AMA’s kitchen and Encanto were our favorites. Bedding was super comfortable and the Murphy bed was perfect for our 3 year old and the view from our balcony was of the beach and a nice way to start our morning. Staff was super friendly and they have chairs to rent, rice cooker, towels etc that made it super convenient. 10/10 would stay again!"
