"Disappointed that my balcony door did not open. Luckily we were in a 3 bedroom unit and I could use the other balcony instead, but a bit inconvenient at night when they wanted to sleep and I wanted to watch the sunset. Kids LOVED the ice cream machine at the pool. Totally fascinated watching it being made. Lots of resort activities to keep busy."

"The most important thing to know about this property is that there is no real true shuttle to the parks. The shuttle provided by the hotel does not go to Universal. Also it operates twice a day 8:30 AM to the Disney parks and then 530 back to the hotel. There is no additional shuttles throughout the day. "The hotel was so nice! Even the hallways smelled fresh! LARGE facility, so if you have trouble walking- I would maybe suggest requesting a room close to the elevator/front desk. But really really convenient to DISNEY! Great breakfast too! "

"The facility was very clean and the bed was nice. The two things that I will say that made the stay not pleasant, would be: they put me in a “king studio suite” and that bed was very much a queen bed, as I have a king bed in my own home it was very obvious it wasn’t a king bed. And the second was the bathroom toilet paper holder was very close to the toilet.
