"We received a nice welcome at the reception desk and told we should be able to check in early so went to the bar and had a drink whilst we waited. The bar staff were quite chaotic and disorganized. When we entered our room it smelt very musty almost as though someone has been smoking in the room. We were impressed by the comfort of the room but it had no view. "Lovely hotel, perfect location, excellent staff service. Only negative was when we got to our room we were allocated one that could be used as a connecting room for families, only a thin door separating the rooms and you could hear everything the people in the other room were saying, "
