"There was enough space for all five of us to sleep but it was very cold with the window just being cardboarded closed. The blankets were not sufficient to keep us cozy all night, nor were they quite big enough for two to sleep in the queen beds comfortably and still have coverage. Apart from that the location was perfect, check in and check out were easy and I would stay again in warmer months."

"Originally booked the king room for one for about a week, had a friend spontaneously decide to fly in and come stay aswell. The room was incredibly clean, very cozy, nicely decorated, and had TONS of storage space.The kitchen supplied everything we needed. The room and king bed ended up being perfect, if not more than big enough, for the two of us. Definitely recommend downloading the Sonder app during your stay, very easy to use, has digital room key so you don't have to punch in the code each...

"We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. Close to Times Square, subway stations, Bryant Park, etc. We choose this versus a hotel due to the space of our party of 5 - 2 adults, 3 teenagers. "What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!"

"PROS: Great location - 5 min walk from Grand Central Station subway access and 6 min walk to Broadway, 5th Ave & time square. Check- in was easy (we were allowed an early check-in at 11:00am). Code to get into building for added security. Apartment door itself had code as well - wish deadbolt would have worked on door, but no real security concerns. Surrounding tenants were quiet.
