"Love the history and the hotel has been kept up, was clean and the staff was friendly. Even house keeping staff was friendly and went above and beyond to keep our room tidy and clean. Just wish the thermostat would have kept the room a steady temperature."

The first time I stayed at the grand Hyatt was in 1984 and since that time it has grown and prospered and is a fantastic place to stay in midtown Manhattan! Located directly above Grand Central Station, there are plenty of dining and shopping options as well as access to anywhere in the five boroughs. "
