"The management went out of their way to ensure use of the jacuzzi for us. Maintenence had shown up and it was to be closed but a rush was put on it and a late check out given so we could use all amenities listed."

"We were originally booked on the second floor, but since there is no elevator and my wife has bad knees, we asked a clean staff member who was up there if we could be moved to the first floor. She was great. She did a quick check on her phone, found a room on the first floor, and relayed the info to the front desk. I just had to go and switch keys at the front desk. It worked out GREAT. Thank you all again."
