"This is the perfect spot! Lovely, clean, comfortable. Has everything you need. We didn't spend much time here as we were out and about exploring. The location is perfect. There is a train station at the end of the road, so easy to get into Whitby to save the hassle of parking. And a really good bus service, which we used on the way back. There are also lots of other places around the area to visit, we would definitely book again if we were back in that area. "

We were asked to pay 2 different accidental damage waiver fees and spent hours on the phone trying to sort this out, we eventually got a refund for one of them. Communication with Host and Stay and VRBO was poor, we kept getting passed from one person to another and were often put on hold or the line went dead. "Great location and property fitted out nicely. There were some areas that could be improved however. The entrance had quite a few weeds around and the door key was very stiff to insert/remove. The entrance stair carpet was very grubby and a bit smelly but that didnt carry on into the property.
