The parking/ Valet is awful. It’s too expensive! Absolutely ridiculous, I got a rental car from the airport, got to the hotel parked the car only asked for the car one time in 4 days and when checking out. My parking bill was $201.00. Absolutely ridiculous. The hotel was a good stay the staff were pleasant, but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND, parking somewhere else and walking to the hotel. I am very very disappointed that I had to pay $201.00 after I already spent so much on this hotel.

The room was not very clean when we arrived. Listed in the amenities was Bluetooth speaker which was false information. The room was quite dark which wouldn’t have been an issue if all of the lights worked. We let them know three separate times that the light was broken but it was never seen to.

The Eaton offers a wonderful experience in a prime location of the city. I enjoyed all of the amenities that were included. The rooms were cozy with really interesting reading selections. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to DC. Will definitely be back.

Very hip hotel. Rooftop bar with fire pit and live DJ. You g crowd. Great little cafe for breakfast and wine/sandwiches to go. Turntable and vinyl LPs in the room. Nice touch. Quiet, comfy, clean and safe.

Loved everything except parking situation. Also, was bummed that the restaurant attached to the hotel was closed Sunday. Room was clean, and comfortable. Refreshingly like home instead of a run of the mill room. Decor was midcentury modern, beautifully curated and supplied with vinyl records and player.
