"We enjoyed the apartment, it was our escape from the hustle bustle outside. D.C is huge and way too much to see, so once we could fight traffic to get back to house it was great. Night time was sketchy but daytime was a new world. We learned fast to stay inside after dark. Only issue we had was with kitchen sink was stopped up and couldn’t get the garbage disposal to work. "The house was very nice and clean! Only about 20-25 mins away from DC and college park. The area was very quiet! We had plenty of space for the family and were able to move around without feeling like we were on top of each other! "

"We enjoyed our stay. The place is just like it is listed. We were happy that the Metro was close and the grocery store was even closer. The manager was awesome. Everytime I sent a message, his responses were in a timely manner. Just wished I had his number so I could have called direct. Very nice trip. Even the teens enjoyed the stay. "This apartment had plenty of space and privacy for the 3 of us. The location was fantastic for walking to tourist spots, restaurants, shopping markets. Ted’s was a terrific host—very responsive to our questions and super accommodating. Another huge plus is that we could park our car right in the driveway. Very nice, safe residential neighborhood, but close to all the fun stuff!"
