"While I was there, I stayed an extra night and when discussing rates compared to using Hotels.com versus checking in directly with the Hyatt. I was told they couldn’t match the price, but they would comp me the parking fee imposed by the city of Boulder for the parking lot. So I thought I was getting a break, but it ends up. I wasn’t because it was a holiday. There was no parking fee. Maybe the employee didn’t know that, which I admit as a possibility, on the other hand, maybe they did."

"This was a decent property with a very good breakfast! The room was clean and a decent size. Could use a little maintenance-toilet paper holder kept moving so we had to take them off. Very tiny bathroom but it worked. The floor lamp meed a little fixing too! The little touches go along way!! Being clean is very important to me and, this place was that with a friendly staff!"
