"We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town. We stepped out the door right into the Christmas market. The room was newly remodeled with modern furnishings. It was a decent size for Europe and very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and quiet. The bed was on the firm side. Good breakfast in the morning. Excellent, cozy bar with great service. The whole team was terrific. Since it was Christmas Market season, we opted to park in a public garage about 5 minutes walk away...

There is no elevator to second floor in one building, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the set of stairs. The St Margen cloister museum nearby is a must see for any clock enthusiasts."

"The front desk lady that checked us in was very nice. Limited parking out front, but it’s free and we got a spot. Rooms are nice, though a little dated. Slow internet, but you’re in the heart of the Black Forrest so it is what it is. Overall great location and friendly staff. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Easy short drive to the buses for the Christmas market too!"

"Very nice hotel with a great sauna that wasn’t super busy, restaurant had delicious food with a nice views, private beach on the lake was really enjoyable and even though our room was 300m up a very steep hill (and we had no car) the views were well worth it. Only downside was there was no spa treatments or massages available as the person was on leave. This town is definitely a place where you want to indulge in such activities, especially in peak August season. Would recommend staying here....

"Nice cozy hotel just outside of Titisee. Really close to the bus station where we had to catch for the Christmas market close by. Town offers many restaurants and a lovely little lake for beautiful pictures. Breakfast was delicious, really tight getting the food though because the main walkway goes right through The serving area. They allow pets so our dog was very comfortable and there were many locations to walk. Definitely recommend, nice city and people."
