We did not walk to town but it can be done (roughly 1 mile). Good communication with owner The only suggestion would be to additional seating in living area. But we managed just fine and recommend this spot! "

"14 of us went to visit my son at RPI for a football game. Loved the property. Back yard was beautiful and completely fenced in! Room for our corn hole game and we could even go into the basement with it when it rained. View is beautiful across the street from the front porch, enjoyed my coffee there. Plenty of space for every to sleep and we even got 9 people on the couch it’s so big. Would rent again!"
