"We were on a Girl's trip to celebrate a birthday. The Staff were the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever encountered and the rooms were perfect. Bartenders at Morton's The Steakhouse were so much fun and great mixologists too, Passion Marqueritas were delicious! Same for the staff in the restaurant, they were wonderful as was the food. We had fun in the casino and the band Aqua Net was excellent! It was a great stay, we will be returning. I would definitely recommend this Casino Hotel in Saratoga Springs."

"We love this hotel. The rooms are perfect- clean and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly, from front desk, to housekeeping, to bar/restaurant staff. Nightly welcome reception is such a bonus, as is the delicious breakfast spread. If there was one thing that was disappointing, it was the parking lot. There was a significant snow/ice storm earlier in the week, but the parking lot was treacherous. I know that the temperatures weren't warm enough to initiate melting and it must be very difficult to plow abs maintain the lot when cars are always parked there. But it was extremely dangerous even trying to get into our vehicle because of the buildup of the ice around it. I understand the circumstances, but it may be something to look into for future storms. It will not change our opinion of the property as whole. "

"Everything was clean, quiet, nice hot water. sauna was great, pool too cool for me,but looked clean and some people went in. The hot tub was broken,due to vandalism. The owner was very nice. Breakfast excellent, great coffee"

"If you're planning on staying in Saratoga, this is the place. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and located in the middle of the downtown corridor. Shops, dining, plenty of things to do within walking distance. "

"The parking was a bit odd. You are forced to either pay $50 for preferred or you are forced out to an external lot. If you want to park in the garage, you have to loop around- there is no direct access from where you drop your luggage. All else about the stay was great."
