Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. »

The first boat offered to us was awful with no comfortable seating area and the bedrooms were dismal with dirty linen.
