"This was our 4th stay at Casa Iguana and we will return. Our room was very clean. You get 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and living area. There's no TV in the bedrooms; however, there were many channels to choose from and our reception was excellent. There are some minor cosmetic issues that could be attended to. And garbage around the property outside our room could be picked up. There were some people partying so there were a lot of cups, cans, and noise. BUT... the price is so reasonable and breakfast was very good. The air conditioner worked very well in our room. If you're looking for a 5-star hotel, this is not it. But if you're looking for a nice place, it's great. We were on the 4th floor and there are no elevators so be prepared for steps! We love the location as the ocean is about a 5-minute walk. The zoo is about 5 minutes the other way. The bus stop is very close and you can ride to Puerto Vallarta for $1 (for 2). Excellent restaurants such as El Jacalito and Tony's. The Patio del Cuale was excellent one night and good the other. We saw so many whales on this trip it was magical."

"Fido spoiled us so much. She is an excellent cook and hostess. Rogalio was always willing to take us anywhere we wanted to go and was such a great host as well. We would recommend this property to anyone. It was FABULOUS! Thank you so much!"

"Amazing location and unit. Well outfitted with dishes etc. Had to pick up a few things such as dish soap,and HE laundry soap, paper towels and some spices (lots of salt but no other spices). Beach towels provided and cleaner comes 2x per week. Snorkeling is best on the ledt side ftom the beach along the rocky shore. Saw lots of fish and a sea turtle twice. Out at the iguana pole at the end of the path there is a ton of anemones and it gets clearer."

"The property was so quiet and peaceful. The neighbors were super friendly. Really nice pool area. Great beach near by and several wonderful restaurants. 15 min bus ride into P.V. or 5 to Boca. "

"We had a great stay at Villa Mercedes. Hidden up in the hills above Mismaloya, we had great access to beaches and Zona Romantica with the feeling of being up in the jungle. Great view. Ample room for our extended family of k11.Gaby and Luz were great "

"We spent a week at Casa Mis Rocas for my daughter’s wedding. We had 17 adults and a baby with us. The house was perfect for our group, everyone had space of their own. The house is huge and really allowed us to be together or to space out as needed. We had so much fun with the pool and the views are so epic from anywhere on the property. The food from Carmen was outstanding, she made us breakfast and dinner each day and it was always delicious. Carmen was so nice and accommodating as well. Jorge the house manager was also super helpful all week. He got whatever we needed and provided us with help on getting around and where to go. We had the wedding on the lower patio and it was such a spectacular setting for the ceremony. Such a special day for my day and all of us. Overall, this was such a wonderful trip and experience for everyone. Some tips if you go. Make sure you have a lot of cash with you. Credit cards don’t always work and it’s hard to get cash near the house. Also, the house is a ways south of the city. We had vans but driving around there is a bit stressful. Taxis and the bus are good options to get around. There is not a lot of options to buy food or supplies near the house. We went to Costco in town but it’s a Trek to get there. Highly recommend visiting the Botanic Gardens which is on 20 min from the house, such a beautiful place and a great restaurant there as well."
