"There was a bad smell in the room was so strong like chemical made me sick to my stomach. I. Had to sleep Slider open to air it. Toilets were not clean air condition was not adequate. Bed was not comfortable. Bed bugs in both our bed and my daughter bed we could feel them biting us. It was awful "

"We spent three nights at this hotel and experienced both positives and areas for improvement. On the downside, our room felt quite dated and was only cleaned twice during our stay. We encountered a few issues that detracted from our overall comfort. The air conditioning was broken, and we were unable to open the balcony in the evenings because several stray cats (around five or six) roamed the area and would eagerly enter the room. "Camere totalmente da rinnovare,pulizia che lascia a desoderare.....all'arrivo e alla partenza abbiamo trovato il capo receptionist maleducato e arrogante non adatto a trattare con le persone. "Fabulous room and service at this hotel which was beautifully furnished with a very comfy double bed with crisp linen and bath robes. A lovely view from the window and tea making facilities. The breakfast was delicious with a large jug of freshly squeezed orange juice and home made cake, yoghurt egg and bread and jam. The staff were very friendly.After staying in two poor hotels in Tunisia we were thrilled to be staying here."
