"First, the customer service was explementary from the begin the check in was through the computer kiosk and then the front desk staff offered a free complimentary popcorn and soda or beverage of my choice. Next was the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Third, the hotel complimentary breakfast had a vast amount of options for eating. The pool and exercise room was very clean and the machines were all working. Next, the hotel location was very conveniently located to major attractions and things to do. The last item was the smoothness of the parking. I truly loved the experience and wished next time to stay longer. "
