"The hotel location was wonderful. Breakfast was ample and excellent. The hotel amenities and restaurants were excellent. The pool was especially lovely and was near the sea. The only thing that I could recommend improving would be adding a tea service in the room and doing some updating in the room as it was starting to look a little frayed around the edges. "We arrived at the hotel and the hotel was amazing from the outside. The first day, everything was fine. No issues and we was satisfied. However, the rest of the holiday there was no air condition while the tempature was 30degrees. It was roasting throughout the whole holiday in the room. The second day, we was in the lift, it was 02:05 in the morning hours and the lift failed and dropped from the first floor. We was stuck in the lift for about 20 minutes with no help. I then had to jam open...
