"Parking can be an issue between 6 - 10pm due to restaurant bookings. Also most ppl double park their large SUV reducing parking spots. The hotel should think of valet service to fit cars correctly in the lot. "

"Booked a lake view king room at the last minute. We were attending a show in town and didn’t want to drive home in a snowstorm. The hotel was only about a 7 minute walk to the Grand Theatre. Room was great. Very quiet at our end of the hall and it had a very comfortable bed. We like that they offer underground parking and we can just walk to most places downtown. I found it wasn’t that easy to control the room temperature as it tended to get warmer than what we set the room temperature to. I think I ended up putting it at 18 degrees overnight. We took our continental breakfast to go since we left early in the morning. Would stay again as the price was quite a bit lower than the other hotels in downtown Kingston."
