The front desk converge spoiled our kids with a little toy basket to choose from, and was patient as they talked to him. We loved the convenient location, including parking just an elevator ride away, underground. We had such a great experience we switched another trip in May from the Westin to the Villages!"

Called the property management, spoke to the agent Precious. She told to wait till Hydro One repairs the power in the area. Called them again at 11pm, still without power, spoke to the same Precious. Asked for partial refund or for a credit towards our next stay. Been told, the company won’t do either, the power outages in the area are out of their...
