"It was very difficult to find a location for this accommodation before arriving. The only internet location we had been able to find, was incorrect. We had to phone the number provided then pay someone to lead us there. The sitting area was nice and there was plenty of ventilation. In a mosquito area, there were no flyscreens on the windows which meant windows had to be kept closed and the room was very stuffy and hot. There was no ceiling fan or air conditioning. "the stay was amazing, i almost don't want to talk about it too much for selfish reasons...but all joking aside this is one of the most beautiful places i have ever stayed. my girlfriend and i had a great stay, the host couldn't have been friendlier and helpful. We will definitely be going back"

"the apartment we stayed in is on the first floor, equipped with everything you need and has a beautiful terrace from which you can never get enough of admiring the beach and the ocean. " The property has no microwave. Electricity is rationed. you’re only given 28 units of electricity after which you buy. This is outrageous . It was never communicated online or in the welcome information. We got there and found a dirty room with one towel and one pillow. The owner was surprised to see us and yet he had written to us through expedia to welcome us. The property have basics like slippers , tissue paper, soap, dish detergent and the owner is extremely rude. They also need to work...

"The Hyatt Kilimanjaro in Dar es Salaam provided all the amenities I needed as a business traveler called in to meet with Clients in downtown Dar. The rooms are clean and spacious, with shower, toilet, sink, and large tub (which served well after 22hr of hectic air travel. Wifi service is great. Breakfast is excellent and the staff are polite and helpful to a fault. Good value: I've spent much more received less when travelling internationally."

Konokono Beach Resort and Isaraya Over Water Villa

"Konokono was a beautiful resort. I really enjoyed the beauty of the bungalow beach villa we stayed in. It was my birthday and they welcomed me with a little decoration in the room which was so cute. The food was great, it definitely gave fine dining but the fixed menu for dinner was delicious. The staff were very nice and helpful. There are monkeys on site, which was cool. They also have someone you can book activities with at lobby. The beach is beautiful but close up to shore needs to be cleaned and or need to put a garbage near by so people don’t litter. The only thing i could say about this hotel is that it is a very quiet and peaceful resort. Not much amenities. So if you are looking for somewhere to just have peace and quiet then this is your place. There is no vibes here just a laid back getaway. Beatrice was very nice and the staff as well. I think it would be good for them to promote that this hotel is a tranquility hotel so that people are not caught off guard with the type of vibes they may be looking for during their stay. Nevertheless it’s a beautiful resort in Zanzibar. "
