"This place was amazing!!! I booked this house for a bachelorette party of 9 girls. The space inside was perfect for entertaining, both inside and outside! The layout and vibe definitely make this place stand out! Everything listed is accurate and you cannot go wrong in booking this house for you next vacay! Easy check in! "Jam was amazing and helped with our questions and concerns. We had a great stay. The dome was clean, bathroom was clean. We had a great Jacuzzi. The property was so welcoming. We arrived very late (1130 pm) and Jam still showed us around and made us feel welcomed. It was in the jungle but within walking distance from a nearby town. "Lovely location. Wonderful pool. Check in process was easy. Seth and Sibley were easy to communicate with and responsive to any question or concern. Quite spacious and clean. The large open doors on the deck helped to cool the place down. But did get a little damp on wetter days with the ocean spray getting blown in. Even on those days with the deck doors closed, the ceiling fans kept the place cool. Would stay again. "

"We had an incredibly poor experience, we booked the house the day before and it was confirmed via email (VRBO emails) however no specific check in instructions. "Overall it was a disaster living here. The place is in the middle of nowhere and the road is completely broken. Then we waited half an hour outside the building in heat as the main door was locked. The number to Property was unreachable. Some delivery guy gave us access to the building. Then there was no reception. Somehow the management replied by saying that we should receive instructions to enter the room shortly but even after 4:00 pm after 1.5 hrs of waiting we were still waiting outside...

"Wow! Great stay. The owner, manager, and cleaning staff were absolutely amazing. Really beautiful property Luis takes pride in keeping the area beautiful. It was great everyone got a bed and bathroom. Really close to manatee cenote which is a must snorkel. Food on the dirt road at the local hotels was fabulous ( dusty ,pricey & worth it). "Everything was perfect. Service was on point; everyone that works there was friendly. Papi made you feel at home and has a good personality and sense of humor :) Toiletries and rooms were all clean and practically brand new and had such a good aromatic smell that made you feel like you were in paradise.
