I spent the first day in Tulum over 5 hrs just to get a hold of the property manager, their phone number was not working and they never message me back through the Expedia app. I even went to the property and found someone that lives there, she said there is different property managers for each apt so she had no idea how to help me. AC and WiFi worked well, as did the Netflix. Bed was comfortable. Parking easy and convenient. Swimming pool very small and that area doesn’t really get the sun so not ideal for sun bathing. Bit noisy outside during the day but quiet at night."
