"No habia nadie en recepcion, en el numero de contacto respondio una persona muy amablemente me comento que el ya no labora en ese lugar , me compartio un numero ( el que aparce en google maps ) en el cual jamas respondieron los mensajes y colgaban las llamadas . "SCAM!!!!! Trust me, you NEVER should book with them. I booked a 9 night stay and NEVER got a hold of the Noil property manager. I spent the first day in Tulum over 5 hrs just to get a hold of the property manager, their phone number was not working and they never message me back through the Expedia app. I even went to the property and found someone that lives there, she said there is different property managers for each apt so she had no idea how to help me. "Property is well maintained. Beds are not queen size but are full, my husband and are a bit big so that was a disappointment for us, and they are firm mattresses. The property is really close to Yal Ku Lagoon, maybe 15 minutes walking. There are 2 close restaurants and one small store nearby. "Gorgeous property! But it’s not near anything and the taxi situation is confusing, frustrating and a complete rip off. If you’re ok staying isolated on this property then it’s perfect for the price! "All around, we had a fantastic stay! Great location- close to the Main Street, the street that takes you to the beach, and cute cafes/restaurants in La Veleta. AC and WiFi worked well, as did the Netflix. Bed was comfortable. Parking easy and convenient. Just one drawback- The jacuzzi takes hours to warm up but we were advised to turn it off when not using it, so we didn’t end up having an opportunity to try it because it took too long. "

"the room was very very dark which attracts lots of mosquitos so dont leave rhe doors open, and the sheets were somewhat dirty or old !! they have a coffee machine but bo coffee you have to get it yourself also a bottle of salt but no sugar !! other than that the staff at the place was pretty nice ! "This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are a good size with ample storage. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were great, although sometimes the language barrier was a minor issue. A list of close by and recommended restaurants was provided before we arrived, along with suggested activities. Both of which was super helpful. Food and drink were great. Would definitely stay again "

"Grand Sirenis has the staff ever! in guest services Karen, Juan and Erik went over and beyond to help out on a couple issues we had. not to mention the manager Edgar P. He was a million places at once. He assisted with our restaurant reservations and helped my mom out when she slipped. This team is definitely a caring and thoughtful group. we also had phenomenal service from Merwin at the Butcher restaurant. very attentive. i will be coming back in march to visit all my favorite staff! Since my last stay 3 years ago, this resort has been completely renovated and updated. The food is top notch now and there are so many fine dining options. There is tons of comfortable seating everywhere. The lobby bar makes the best espresso martinis as well. There is also a lunch at the beach daily, they cook ribeye steaks, chicken, chorizo and much more. it’s so fresh and seasoned to perfection. i could go on and on but we will be back. "

"This property surpass my expectations of an all inclusive resort. The restaurants were amazing. Very clean facilities. Pools and the beaches were pristine. They were cleaning my room twice a day. The butlers were very helpful. There were activities the whole entire day. Transportation to other resort was very convenient and we could access the amenities of the sister resorts ( Paladium Resorts). It was a an excellent experience and would go back again."

Bahia Principe Grand Tulum - All Inclusive

5/5 Excellent

"Great resort for the family. Enjoyed the pools at Tulum, and the beach shared by Coba / Akumal. Buffet is one of best we have been to ever. Would have been nice to get an al a carte every night, but restricted to 3x for a weeks stay. Entertainment was very good, however, paying extra for their better shows feels wrong at an all inclusive."
