"We loved our weekend here! We only stayed a night, but we could have enjoyed a whole week. Hot tub was awesome, rooms were very clean, and the hosts provided lots of info to make check in and check out very easy. Would definitely recommend!"

"This home was very peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, there's a wood stove with wood on the back porch, and overall everything was really pleasant. I would only caution people who are sensitive to fragrance to perhaps skip this one. With best intentions, there were several products used to create a pleasant atmosphere but the combined effect was overwhelming. Host was accessible, friendly and accommodating. "

"My husband and I, along with our pup, stayed here while we hiked and enjoyed a fall getaway. The property was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was also very clean and enjoyable. We spent most of our time hiking so we didn’t have much time left over to take full advantage of the activities provided by the host. Communication with Tiffany was convenient and easy. She was very responsive to any questions we had. Would stay here again!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay which was booked for the Mountain State Forest Festival. It’s just a short drive to Elkins, so the house was conveniently located and the hosts provide a fully stocked kitchen, linens, and even a few games to play. Host was very accommodating. If you aren’t accustomed to sleeping on a bamboo pillow, you might consider bringing your own. This was a wonderful place stay - highly recommended! "

"This was our second stay at Riverside Retreat and we hope to come back in the future. The cabin is clean, it has a great open floor plan, and the bed is super comfortable. The best feature of the property is the back porch. The view of the river is lovely and we spent hours watching the ducks, kingfishers, and hawks. Our dogs were in heaven, too!"

"Cute little house close to Elkins and literally across the road from the Monogohala National Forest. Went specifically to take the New Tygart Flyer. Food at the “Smoke on the Water “ is highly recommend. "
