"We really enjoyed the house and location. It was well maintained, clean, and in a really nice area. We have family nearby and the location made visiting Pickens, Helvetia, and Hacker Valley easy as convenient as can be for this part of Randolph County."

"Start with the not positive, the house is located in a valley so winter weather made the roads not so great. The freezer could have been cleaner and lack of local stations made following weather and watching football games tough. The internet is not great....
