"The stay was good overall. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel would have received and Excellent rating accept for the fact that our room was not serviced the second day and that is a pet peeve of mine. Apparently quite of few other guests had the same issue. I notified both the night shift as well as the day shift. All they could offer was and apology but no explanation other than they may have been short staffed. "

"The employees were very friendly and on top of things. They had a little bit of an issue with the keycards but it was fixed quickly. The parking lot is a nightmare and you may end up parking at one of the adjacent hotels because they are practically built on top of each other. There is a Texas Roadhouse directly behind the building and other restaurants in walking distance. It's a good area but very busy. Would stay again "

"This was a nice property. The breakfast was great, waffles, sausage, eggs, grits, bagels, biscuits, English muffins, cereal, coffee, juice, French toast. The water for shower wasn’t hot but the manager explain the hot water heater just went out and they ordered one which will be delivered and installed in a couple of days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean"

"Facility is well maintained, staff is nice and friendly, and the free breakfast was always a good start of our day. One small issue to note was the smell of wood stain that filled the entire lobby. They had a beautiful table set right by the reception desk that they were staining during our stay. Not sure if they were unable to take it outside that they had to do the work indoors with limited ventilation. Some guests might find that a turn off. Otherwise, it was pleasant stay overall. "
