"Beautiful hotel rooms. The staff was wonderful. Hard to find in the back roads. Only complaint would be the towel situation. They wanted to charge us 5eur to exchange from a pool towel to a dry one . You only get 1 same towel per person for 2 days . Very strange . "

"Massimo is the perfect host, available, supportive and unobtrusive. The two rooms are large, airy, well appointed and spotless. The breakfast room is likewise and has a small balcony with great views. He bathrooms were great and specific to your room but you had to cross the small public space from the bedroom which not all will find ideal if the two rooms are occupied by strangers. "

"1st Emanuela was very good and helpful. But some issues should be addressed. The wifi did not reach the bedroom; you should get a better modem/router. It's not good that you can't read in bed! There should be some booklet of information. Instead there was a worthless, for me, one sheet dictating rules IN FRENCH. I am fluent in English and Italian, but not French. Emanuela gave verbal instructions at check-in, but you must realize that check-in is probably a time after travel which can be hectic....
