"We were so impressed with our 2 bedroom apartment in Taormina! First, it's just steps from Porta Messina (one of the main entries to the wonderful pedestrian main street in Taormina), so you're so very close, yet out of the crowds when you return at night. "It’s a beautiful place and the view is amazing. The rooms are a bit small but that’s generally the case in Europe. The only issue we had was the shower. It has two issues: a handheld wand that I had to rig to stay up and at an angle so not to shoot out of the shower, and the shower curtain which allowed water to flood the bathroom floor no matter what you did. It was also really small making it difficult to wash up. "

"The location was great, just down the street from city center and all the restaurants. You can walk each night to dinner. About an hour driving distance from Mt. Etna and the excursion was worth it. Very good stay would recommend. "
