"Lovely stay. Generous room size, comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast was pretty good too, and a nice lounge area. A short stroll from the main plaza and the lovely park, and 2 mins from San Bernardo station (the reason I booked it). Would recommend! One small observation - the staff didn’t seem particularly happy. One suggestion - robes in the bedrooms would be nice, I was surprised not to see them in the wardrobe. 9.5/10 stay! "

Language was a very big problem. We were told “tea” was included. After asking twice how did “ tea service worked” and not getting a clear understanding how it worked. I gave up. We were informed we would receive a complimentary bottle of wine. WE DID NOT GET IT. I did ask twice but was never given a clear answer. "
