"The building is so warm and inviting. The lobby has a big warm fireplace with games and blankets and comfy places to sit and relax. The young man named Naj at the front desk was so extremely helpful and professional. He upgraded our room with no hesitation and continued to add happiness to our entire stay. I highly recommend booking your next stay through the hotels website and ask directly for Naj. He is fantastic!! Our room was incredible. We had a great view of the mountains. We stayed in a loft room and the sitting area on the main floor was such an added bonus. The rooms are also extremely spacious. The room also came with a Nespresso coffee machine which I felt was the cherry on top. The only down side was having to check out when our stay was over. Highly recommend!"

"Emily helped us check in and met all of mine and my girlfriend’s needs, it was our 5 year anniversary so Emily was nice enough to give us a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. She gave us a very thorough list of exceptional restaurants for us to check out in the evening, got us bus tickets for 3 days, and a parking pass for our vehicle. Highly recommend this property. "We had a very pleasant stay here! The suite had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably equipped. The property is older but who cares if you can stay near Banff for such a reasonable rate?! We loved the location and the laid back vibe. And when I needed to stay an extra night, the staff member was very friendly and made it happen. I would definitely stay again. "
