The first time I stayed at the grand Hyatt was in 1984 and since that time it has grown and prospered and is a fantastic place to stay in midtown Manhattan! Located directly above Grand Central Station, there are plenty of dining and shopping options as well as access to anywhere in the five boroughs. "

Noon checkout, vs. usual 11am, was especially nice after a late night out. Will definitely book there again, when the prices are right. Only trouble was that one elevator was being renovated. "Property is close to Times Square/ Theatre District and numerous excellent restaurants. No Valet Parking , but there is a parking garage across the street from the hotel."
