"I stayed here for a music festival and thought the hotel was nice. You need your room keycard to enter the doors on the outside that has access to all the rooms which I liked. Unless you go through the lobby but someone is always at the front desk which is nice. The surrounding of the hotel is quiet although there’s a McDonald’s that is in the parking lot right next to the hotel so it’s walking distance and a Waffle House in the same parking lot so it’s like a 2 minute walk to both there’s no noise or anything from either. The hotel is the right distance from the Waffle House and McDonald’s it’s an easy walk but a tiny bit of distance to seperate them from each other. The room was clean and for the most part the staff was friendly. On the last night of my stay we were thinking about staying another day and wanted to know the rate of it and when I went to the front desk to ask the staff member was a bit mean and said that the hotel wasn’t offering late check out or extension on stays if your checkout was for New Year’s Day since so many people were asking to extend their stay. I’m not sure as to why it wasn’t allowed but the staff member could’ve approached me differently since I approached them kindly and was simply asking a question. But I would keep that in mind if your check out would fall on a holiday they might deny a late check out or extension of your stay. "

"Took a trip to Arizona for Spring Training Presidents Day weekend. Our first time staying here at this hotel and we were very impressed. Frank at check in was very friendly and helpful. Staff at front desk was always greeting us and being friendly regardless of time of day. Our room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we come to Arizona for Dodgers spring training"

"Staff were all so lovely. Especially Mikayla and the young woman from Vegas( sorry I don't remember your name). Very accommodating, sincere and funny. Lobby always smelled amazing. Fresh and clean all the time. Uber pick up and drop off was easy. 15min walk to shops and restaurants. Would come back again forsure. Felt safe as it was just myself and my teen there. Only thing I would have wished is they could make change for the laundry or charge the room as I couldn't change my Canadian money for American quarters. I was lucky there were some great hockey families there who traded American money for my Canadian dollar. Phoenix is a warm and friendly area. We loved this stat so much. Thank-you holiday inn for making our trip so great."
