"The area is just fine exactly what I needed. The apartment is okay wish there was a TV in the room, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest either. The futon is so uncomfortable. My only hiccup was my last night where I had to SLEEP IN MY CAR because of the main building door being jammed. This is was around 2am!!! It's obvious whomever is running this isn't near the property. I didn't get until 6:30am where there was a rock in between the doors. Never again but thanks anyways. "

"It is our annual family vacation and this year we chose to stay in Peoria Az near the baseball park. This home was laid out perfectly. Two families stayed upstairs…(4 adults and 7 kids) and we(the grandparents) enjoyed bedroom with bath on the main floor. Later in the week our adult son was able to join us and he had his own room. Plenty of space. The kids swam in the pool everyday and we enjoyed the hot tub at night. We played putt putt and enjoyed many of the supplied family games on the...
