"Pool area was not clean. Littered with garbage, bandaids, and other unclean issues. This location needs to have the pool area monitored more closely. The room was great. "

"We have stayed at the Zermatt numerous times. This time I stayed in a privately owned kind chalet through VRBO. It was very clean. The bed was terribly hard and obviously old. The pillows didn’t match in size and were very flat. The pillows were so bad my husband had to sleep on the extra blanket from the closet. There were no extra pillows or towels and because the room was a privately owned room the Zermatt refused to give us any more to use. The bed was actually crippling and my husband slept...

(Only down-side was that both pools were closed due to a child that had ringworm using the pool prior day. Also lobby lounge service was extremely slow and had forgotten order.) "

"Very nice property and location. It is small, but we expected that from the description. The small bedrooms do not have doors and not much privacy, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Eventually I think they should consider upgrading their mattresses, but we are spoiled with ours at home. Overall it was great for the price. "
