"Everything is there u want! Food, entertainment, sport book, spa! Had a fabulous time and very comfortable. One thing….the smoking, if u could have a non smoking section for the hotel as well as the gambling casino…would be good. I retire to my room because I had difficulty breathing. Only to be awaking coughing because somewhere somehow my room was filled with cigar smoke! I had to open the balcony window to let it out! A minor inconvenience but the property was top notch!"

"This VRBO was exactly as stated in the description. Very clean and an excellent location. Only 15 minutes to the strip but everything was within walking distance - restaurants, pharmacy and Target just a short ride. Kim was amazing to communicate with and allowed us to extend the checkout time as our flights were delayed. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back!"

We had a few bumps when communicating with the host, but those were issues associated with the VRBO App not working properly. "my husband and i were playing in a volleyball tournament with our young adult daughters and their friends (all ages 20-25). the 8 of us loved staying at sara's place - it was beautiful and comfortable! everyone had their own bed and there was so much space to hang out. the kitchen had everything needed to make a delicious meal -which the 6 "kiddos" did for us on saturday night! we found a nice folding table and folding chairs in the garage for puzzle and games. the kitchen was filled...

"Overall very poor and did not meet VRBO standards. We enjoyed Summerlin and the HOA operations. The owner did not list the property deficiencies that she was well aware of. We communicated our concerns to the owner directly and they were ignored. VRBO can check our email chain for our concerns expressed to the owner and her answers or lack thereof. We believe that we were over charged and we are owning for the inconveniences for not being able to make much use of the kitchen until we went...
