"Clean and friendly. Not much in walking distance but there's a shopping area behind that has a few good restaurants. We enjoyed the pools but would have enjoyed a Lazy River without waterfalls. "

"Everything was great except, they told me I would need to kennel my daughter's ESA. Upon entering the room, there was a few pieces of broken glass on the floor, one of them I found by stepping on it. There were false eyelashes and toenail clippings everywhere in the bedroom. Under the bed was very dirty, the exhaust vent in the bathroom had a ton of dust build up, shower door leaked to the point there was a flood on the floor after a 10 minute shower. The stove was very old and didn't heat...

"The room was great, bathroom was my favorite part. Huge sectional couch in living area. Hotel was away from all the madness which I loved, very quite and comfortable. Security on premises was nice to have"

"Solo traveler for WSOP. The room is big with kitchenette. Comfy and clean. I brought my laptop and an extra monitor to work on downtime; internet was reliable. It's closed to all major hotels, within 10 min drive. Close to many dining options, supermarket, etc. Will stay again."

"Overall nice quiet hotel. Responsive and friendly staff and is nearby the metro the bus is also not too far of a walk. A/C didn’t really cool down the room at night but would stay again!"

"The good: Sofa bad was super-comfy for kids (which is generally rare). Easy inside walk to Bellagio, Cosmo, and Aria. Now the bad: We ordered wine at a table in the bar on the lobby floor during non-busy time around 11pm, but we were NOT served for 20 minutes or so, so we had to leave and find another place. My advice is to go to a barman directly, and do not order anything from waiters there."

"I have stayed at another Strip View property and that experience was great, not so much this time- I booked a 2 bedroom and ended up with separate rooms Yes across the hall but when traveling with kids not ideal. Also this unit 23320/23322 was definitely showing its age, as well as broken fridge/not clean freezer/dishes etc. if you are under 21 you need an adult at the pool. My 17 year old daughter wasn’t thrilled. "

"Stayed over my daughter's spring break in late March. Everything was as described in the posting. Secure and gated building and a seemless check in. Loved the walk way to MGM and the strip even though the weather was great it made me feel better than walking along the side streets in Vegas. Did pools the last day and it was fun to bounce between MGM pools and the more private pool at Signature. Definitely would stay here again!!"

"We loved our stay! The property manager was very prompt in answering my questions and even very helpful when I had to change the dates. We had a rental car and it was extremely helpful to have free parking and valet service. We had a great view of the Sphere. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again."
