"The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide."

The negatives are… no outside fish cleaning station, community landscaping is not kept up, lots of construction going on. "Everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of room for our party of nine. Fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking a breeze. The hot tub spa was the cherry on top, heating fast and offering plenty of room. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to book this same property in February."

"Listing was exactly as described. Easy check in and check out. Perfect location. We would definitely stay again. The only issue was the lack of extra basic amenities, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no extra, and no extra paper towels or garbage bags."

"The home itself was nice and clean for the most part. They did have a problem with ants, roaches and spiders and it was obviously known because there were bait traps throughout the home. The kitchen faucet had what I believe was to be JB weld on it and I cut my hand in it twice. The pool was not clean and had algae in it. We also found bandaids on the walls of them home. " The house was perfect for our family. I loved sitting on the deck and listening to the fish jump in the river. Super quiet street - just the escape we needed - yet close to everything. We enjoyed the kayaks and the large yard. We had trouble with the front door keypad but Phil was super apologetic and took care of it immediately. We would definitely stay here again! "

We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing and searching for the Manatees. They did find us and it was a very wonderful experience. We enjoyed being right on the river.
