"We had a 2 night stay so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the villa. Overall it’s a nice villa. I don’t care for carpet but I did know that ahead of time. We couldn’t get the lights over the vanity to work in the bathroom and some confusing information on where to leave the garbage. And yes it is a hassle trying to get the towels and sheets washed before the 10am check out time. We rented this villa due to its close proximity to the square."

"This home is clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The location is perfect! Very close to two recreation centers, Brownwood, and a Publix. "Absolutely the cleanest VRBO (or any rental) property I’ve ever stayed in! I think it was definitely geared towards more long term renters (we stayed 5 days as it didn’t have any complementary items other properties typically do (shampoo, conditioner, spices, hangers for the closets etc). I would take the cleanliness of the house and great communication from the owners over those items any day though. Highly recommend this property!! "

"We really enjoyed our short stay here in The Villages. You cannot beat the access to Sumtner Landing, which you can easily walk, bike (two bikes available), drive, or our favorite, the very awesome golf cart that comes with the rental. Golf cart seats four and held a long charge for us. Plenty of kitchenware, linens, towels and very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!"
