Took 2 of them several minutes to book us in. Frustrating as had been emailed day before to check in online with all our details(like airline)otherwise our booking would be seen as a no show .On checkout found they had not connected rooms for charging so delay while connected 2 room booking so could settle with one payment"

"My daughters and I stayed at The Whitehall Hotel for their Spring Break. The hotel is at a perfect location. It is right across from 2 different malls and the 360 Tower. Many great restaurants within walking distance. We walked to a beach area that is also close by. Bus stop is just around the corner and runs straight to the Shedd Aquarium and Planetarium which we visited. Easier and much cheaper than trying to find parking by either location.
