"Biggest deterrent is horrible parking for guests. The ambience of the refurbished building is wonderful. Arriving later in the day or evening to check in will have you questioning why you booked a room here. You will be competing with venues in the immediate area to park. Night time is the worse, especially if you making sure your vehicle will not be ticketed or worse. They do have "overflow parking" 2 blocks away, however will need to rely on a shuttle. "
