"A great place to stay in NYC. We went in January and it was quiet and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. It is located close to Broadway, Times Square, and 2 subway lines! The room was a good size for NYC and the shower was fantastic! Our only issue was the elevators in the morning were very full and we had to wait for some time. Great stay!"

"Stayed here with family in early January, and it was nice. The staff is excellent, from the doormen to the valet to the front desk to even housekeeping and maintenance! They were all very helpful. The rooms are typically NY-small, but they are adequate. The only issue we had was we couldn't really adjust the heat to a higher setting; the room stayed about 68-69 degrees, and we wanted it a little bit warmer. But, we managed with blankets and comforters. The lobby is busy, and the elevators, also. The rooftop bar is really nice, and I recommend this property for a city stay away from tourist-areas. "

Its location in the theater district is ideal, as it is easily walkable and close to public transportation. Although it offers minimal amenities, the overall experience is excellent."
